Zlatan Ibrahimovic Accused Of Telling Romelu Lukaku ‘Go Do Your Voodoo S**t’

The former teammates butted heads at the end of the first half of the Derby della Madonnina at the San Siro, with both being booked by the referee.

It all started when Lukaku lost it with Milan skipper Alessio Romagnoli for committing a cynical foul at the end of the first half.

Ibrahimovic piped up and the two exchanged insults in English before the resulting free-kick was taken. Footage showed the pair offering one another out, as well as Ibrahimovic appearing to make the “voodoo” comment that prompted Lukaku to lose his head.

Play continued but the spat was far from over. As the teams headed down the tunnel for half-time, Lukaku was still absolutely furious.

With his teammates attempting to restrain him, the Belgian was heard calling Ibrahimovic “a son of a b***h” and telling him, “f**k you and your wife” after claiming the Swede made a comment about his mother.

The second half served up more madness. Just before the hour mark, Ibrahimovic, scorer of the opening goal, was sent off for a second yellow after fouling Aleksandar Kolarov.

In total there were ten minutes of stoppage time awarded after referee Paolo Valeri picked up an injury and had to be replaced by the fourth official.

Speaking in 2019, Lukaku said playing with Ibrahimovic “changed” him and described him as “a guy who you can have a lot fun with as well”.

Something tells us his opinion might just have changed a bit after tonight’s war of words.
