Naomi returned to WWE as the first surprise entrant of the 2024 Royal Rumble moments before Jordynne Grace made her debut.
On a night that promising plenty of twists and turns, fans didn’t have to wait long at all as the former women’s champion made a triumphant return as the number two entrant in the women’s edition of the iconic bout.
Natalya came out first, before the lights dropped and Naomi’s music hit as the Florida crowd went wild for one of their own for her first WWE appearance since May 2022.
In an exciting moment, veteran commentator Michael Cole recapped her career and directly acknowledged her TNA Knockouts World Championship run over the past year.
That wasn’t all, as she was followed at number five by the current Knockouts champ in Grace, who got a great ovation and was instantly presented as a huge deal.

Back to Naomi, Saturday night was the first time she’d been seen on WWE TV since she and Sasha Banks walked out of an episode of Monday Night Raw in May 2022.
There had been speculation she could return after seemingly wrapping up her run with TNA Wrestling earlier this month, and it’s come to fruition.
Other entrants in the Rumble thus far include Bayley, her Damage CTRL teammate Asuka, Candice LeRae and Ivy Nile.
