We are all in such a hurry to get somewhere! Whether that’s our jobs or to get home or just to get some delicious Taco Bell we all have places to go and people to see, which is why this lady who waited a good five minutes for a little American Woodcock to cross the road is such a hero.
TikTok user @KMKamp20 shared the following video of her waiting for this Woodcock to cross the road and volume up because this little guy is hilariously in sync to the music!

How awesome is this? Some less-awesome people may have just sped through the road and this poor bird would have met a terrible demise. Judging from the number of animals we have seen dead in the middle of the road a lot of people just don’t bother being patient enough to wait for birds or squirrels or whatever animal to make their way safely across the road.
