Djokovic has been praised for his Terminator-like performances over the years, showing incredible mental strength and physical endurance to win a record 23 Grand Slams.

And at 36 years old, he’s showing no signs of slowing down at all.

It could all be down to one little secret which Djokovic has praised his team for.

Djokovic often takes his shirt off during his in-game breaks and he’s been shown plenty of times on camera while doing so.

The Serb has been spotted wearing a patch on his chest which looks a little bit like a blister plaster.

Djokovic was asked to explain what the patch was all about he had an interesting answer.

“When I was a child I really liked Iron Man, so I try to impersonate him,” joked the 23-time Grand Slam winner when asked.

“You must know that my team gives me incredibly efficient microtechnology to help me perform at my best on the pitch. So this is the biggest secret of my career.”

And it was reported soon after that the patch is a TaoPatch, which treats inflamantory problems affecting skin and any bones and joints.

Magnetic fields are applied to the area which needs rehabilitation, but the unassuming nature of the patch has left tennis fans baffled.
