Who won ‘Big Brother All-Stars’ $500K prize? Cody, Enzo or Michigan’s Nicole

Enzo #Enzo

She said she never saw it coming. Nicole Franzel expected to be sitting next to Cody pleading her case to the jury of evicted houseguests, but Cody had other plans. Here’s what happened on the finale of “”Big Brother All-Stars,” which was season 22 of the hit CBS reality competition.

Franzel is a 28-year old social media influencer and former nurse from Ubly, Michigan, a small town in Huron County in the thumb area. She took home the $500,000 prize for winning season 18 and if she had won this season, she would have been the first houseguest in the show’s history to win twice. She also finished 7th on season 18 and holds the all-time record for most days inside the “BB” house at more than 230.

THE FINAL HOH

Franzel won part one of the final Head of Household competition, which was an endurance challenge. Cody beat Enzo in part two, a puzzle game, of sorts and also defeated Nicole in round three to become the final HOH. He only beat Nicole by one point in a multiple choice game involving true and false statements about each houseguest and their achievements throughout the game.

Cody and Nicole had a final two deal from day one or two and in her goodbye interview with host Julie Chen Moonves, Nicole said she expected Cody to choose her over Enzo for the final two and was surprised with his decision. However, Cody and Enzo were also close from very early on. Cody said part of his decision came down to the fact Nicole had already won the game in the past.

The jury of nine former houseguests then interviewed Cody and Enzo to help them make their decisions on who they would vote for.

HOW THE JURY VOTED:

Julie revealed the first five votes, all were for Cody making him the $500,000 grand prize winner. Enzo took home $50,000 for finishing second and Da’Vonne was voted favorite houseguest by viewers winning $25,000. All nine jury members ended up voting for Cody making him only the second unanimous winner in the show’s history. Michigan’s Dan Gheesling, who won season 10, was the other unanimous winner.

“Big Brother All-Stars” started this season with 16 houseguests. Keesha was voted out week one, Nicole A. was sent home week two, Janelle was voted out week three, Kaysar was sent packing week four, Bayleigh was voted out week five, Ian went home week six, Da’Vonne was voted out week 7, Kevin, David and Dani went home during the triple eviction in week eight, Tyler went home week nine, Memphis was voted off week 10, Christmas left week 11 and Nicole F. was evicted by Cody in the final three.
