Paul Weller was born May 25 1958 making him 63-years-old.

Weller grew up in Woking, Surrey with his taxi-driver father and cleaner mother.

As a child he loved the music of The Beatles and The Who, and he started learning the guitar while at secondary school.

In 1972 he formed a band – The Jam – with his best friends while his father became their manager.

The Jam’s first single, “In the City”, took them into the UK Top 40 in May 1977.

They soon rocketed in popularity after writing hits like That’s Entertainment and Town called Malice.

In 1982 he announced that The Jam would disband at the end of that year.

At the beginning of 1983, Weller teamed up with keyboard player Mick Talbot to form a new group called The Style Council.

Weller appeared on 1984’s Band Aid record Do They Know It’s Christmas?

In 1990 he began touring alone as The Paul Weller Movement.

Weller became involved with Samantha Stock whilst he was recording at the Manor studio.

They had two children together, Jesamine and Stevie Mac but broke up in 2008.

Weller immediately moved in with Hannah Andrews, backing singer on his 22 Dreams album.

They married in 2010 and have twin boys, John Paul and Bowie, who were born in 2012.

The couple also have a daughter, Nova, who was born in 2017.

However the gigs were postponed until June/July 2021 because of the pandemic.

But now they have been rescheduled yet again for spring 2022.
