Who Is Ivan Hall On ‘The Bachelorette’ 2020? What To Know About Tayshia Adams’ Suitor

Ivan #Ivan

There are plenty of men Bachelorette fans really haven’t learned about yet, but they’re slowly making their presence known now that Tayshia Adams is running the show. One guy that’s generating a little more interest is contestant Ivan Hall.

Rumor has it he lands the one-on-one date with Tayshia on Tuesday night’s episode, so you can likely expect to get some QT with this suitor tonight. But, uh…who is Ivan again? It’s okay—you’ll get to know him soon enough.

Until then, here’s what you need to know about the guy going after Tayshia’s heart:

What does Ivan do for a living?

According to his official Bachelorette bio, Ivan is an aeronautical engineer and has a “seriously cool job building jets for the U.S. military.” LinkedIn specifically says that he works for Lockheed Martin, an American aerospace, defense, arms, security, and advanced technologies company, so he’s got some serious clout behind his skills.

What’s his family life like?

Mama Hall features big in Ivan’s life. In fact, he’s “very close with his mom and says he talks to her every day,” per Ivan’s Bachelorette bio. He also just shared the sweetest birthday tribute to her on Instagram. “Happy birthday to the best mom in the world!” Ivan captioned a photo series of himself and his mama.

Also, he said that his favorite foods are all things that his mom cooks. So cute!

What does Chris Harrison think of Ivan?

Turns out, The Bachelorette host is a big fan of this particular suitor. In a video introducing the guys back in September, Chris said that Ivan is “quiet, soft-spoken, extremely likeable.” He also said that his nickname is “Sweet Ivan.” Aww.

Is Ivan active on Instagram?

Yep, but he didn’t share much on social media before the show. After a quick scroll through his Insta, it looks like Ivan’s first post dates back to 2013. He didn’t post frequently until getting cast on The Bachelorette, though. Now, you can cruise through family pics, along with a few thirst traps. Evidence:

Is there anything else I should know about Ivan?

Well, he likes white wine. In late October, he posted a pic of himself at a vineyard, noting that he’s a “white wine kinda guy.”

What happens with Tayshia and Ivan’s relationship?

In a September 2020 blog post, Reality Steve said he was “almost positive” that Ivan is one of Tayshia’s final four, along with Ben Smith, Zac Clark, and Brendan Morais. Ivan ends up being one of the last men standing on the show. It’s unclear if Ivan makes it to final three or final two, but ultimately, Tayshia ends up giving her final rose to Zac Clark in The Bachelorette finale.
