As noted in Decider’s full contestant guide, Dotun is a 30-year-old integrative medicine specialist in Brooklyn, New York who’s reportedly 6-foot-7-inches tall. In his intro video and first impression on Night 1, Dotun shared that he was born in Nigeria and moved to America when he was four years old with nothing. He also shared he was always considered the “cool kid” and enjoys boxing.

During a cocktail party, Dotun opened up to Charity by sharing his most cherished possession, his permanent resident card. He also pronounced his full name for her and continued to grow more vulnerable as the weeks went on. He memorably dressed as Astronaut Ken on the Barbie group date and put his “horrific singing voice” on full display. Then, he snagged a group date rose after having an intimate conversation with Charity, during which he shared some of the many qualities he admires about her.

Charity invited Dotun to conquer one of his biggest fears on their first date: heights. She picked him up in a lime green Jeep, drove him to one of the tallest bridges in North America, and the two strapped on their gear and prepped to bungee jump 20 stories.

Dotun was so terrified he told the cameras “one of my biggest heights is fears” in a confessional. But after careening towards a body of water and bouncing back on their tether unscathed, the two shared a romantic kiss and bravely opted for Round 2. Conquering their fears was liberating, and after sipping celebratory champagne underneath a rainbow, they met back up for a night of s’mores making, deep conversation, and a hot tub make-out sesh. After the superb one-on-one, the words “perfect match” were even tossed around, and Dotun was offered and accepted the rose, which means he’s sticking around. But for how long?
