American singer Eric Clapton has made it clear that he wouldn’t be playing at venues that ask the attendees to prove that they’ve got vaccinated for COVID-19. He had previously shared that he had a “disastrous” experience when he got vaccinated, which has many wondering how he reacted to it.
He told in a statement on July 19, “I wish to say that I will not perform on any stage where there is a discriminated audience present. Unless there is provision made for all people to attend, I reserve the right to cancel the show.”

What happened to the singer after getting vaccinated?
The 76-year-old rock star had written a letter to his friend and film producer Robin Monotti Graziadei after getting the AstraZeneca shot , in which he detailed his apparent experience which wasn’t pleasant.
Even though the majority of them experience mild to severe symptoms after getting the vaccination, the singer noted it had adverse effects on his health.
He stated, “The reactions were disastrous; my hands and feet were either frozen, numb, or burning, and pretty much useless for two weeks, I feared I would never play again.”
He suffers from peripheral neuropathy
The singer further revealed that he was offered the second shot six weeks later, which had a severe impact on his pre-existing heath condition.
“I suffer with peripheral neuropathy and should never have gone near the needle. But the propaganda said the vaccine was safe for everyone,”
Following his experience with the vaccination for the novel coronavirus, Eric has now put his foot down, speaking on the behalf of many who are equally skeptical about getting jabbed for various reasons.
However, his decision to not play at venues that mandate vaccination has garnered mixed reactions from fans.
