Antonio Conte told Arturo Vidal: ‘Just play and stop bothering me’ as the Chile midfielder kept complaining with the referee after he had given away a penalty kick against Crotone.
Vidal mistimed the tackle on Arkadiusz Reca and the referee awarded a penalty to the visitors following the VAR on-field review after 35 minutes in the first half.
The former Barcelona and Juventus star complained with the referee after Vladimir Golemic had converted the penalty, but Conte told him to shut up.
“Just play and stop bothering me,” the Italian tactician told Vidal after Crotone had scored the equaliser.
Lautaro Martinez’s restored Inter’s lead in the second half with Romelu Lukaku who scored the Nerazzurri’s fourth goal after 64 minutes.
