Week 11 ‘TNF’ player prop: On your Mark, get set, go
Mark Andrews #MarkAndrews
It sure appears we may finally have a good prime-time game on our hands again when the 5-4 Cincinnati Bengals visit the 7-3 Baltimore Ravens in a massive AFC North game. Thursday night offers us a great chance to get this week started right, and there’s one clear player who seems set for a big evening.
.5u: Andrews 70+ receiving yards (+170 DK)
Initially, I considered betting Mark Andrews to go over 4.5 receptions. It’s plus-money and a solid look for a man second on Baltimore in targets. My draw to Andrews was that Cincinnati is allowing the fourth-most receptions per game to tight ends at 6.11.
Andrews receptions was made sweeter because he’s logged 5+ catches in four straight vs. the Bengals, so why the pivot?
I checked in on how Andrews performs against his yardage prop when he catches five or more balls, and the correlation between big yardage outings was enough for me to go this route instead.
Over the past 25 games Andrews has caught 5+ balls, he’s averaging 85 yards/game, going for 60+ yards 21 times.
I mean.
That’s pretty damn good.
He’s gone for 70+ yards in 16 of those 25 games, so I’m tacking on Andrews to hit 70+ at .5u, which comes in at +170 on DK.
Andrews’s last four games against Cincinnati have yielded the following totals: 48 yards, 73, 89 and 125. Oh, and the past three TEs to see the Bengals? That would be Dalton Schultz (71 yards), Dalton Kincaid (81 yards) and George Kittle (149 yards).
Cheers to Mark Andrews on “Thursday Night Football.”
