Ayr betting tips 1.00: Magic Wave 6/4 (2pts – NB)
Ran well on November 23rd 2022 to place second behind Pembroke on hurdle debut and that form has really worked out well, of course as he went off into graded company achieving an overall rating of 136 over hurdles.
He made all as the 30/100 favourite last time out when being upped to 2m4f exactly a year after his previous run against Pembroke.
He’s unexposed and clearly suits this having won with plenty in hand, albeit against weaker opposition.

But this should be ideal conditions for the Mark Walford-trained horse.
Ludlow betting tips 12.05: The Turtle Said 11/1 each-way (1pt)
Wrapped up his decent summer campaign in 2022 with two straight wins at Uttoxeter and Worcester.
Upped 11lb for the last win back in August 2022 and reappeared for the first time to place fourth at Wincanton
That run was surely more than needed after 457 days away from the track and he still wasn’t disgraced only ten lengths away from the winner Itso Fury in a Class 3.

Really encouraging seasonal debut to build on and return to winning ways especially at a big each-way price.
1.50: Sacre Coeur 5/2 (NAP – 2pts)
A popular in the betting tips having been tipped twice and won twice, including as a 7/2 NB!
He often likes to take the lead early on and set a good tempo, albeit while being a bit too keen, which has punished her in the long run in her last two races.
That’s mostly because her rivals are much higher in the ratings, going up against the likes of Rubaud when switching back to hurdles in a Grade 2 back in November.
Then facing the likes of Pink Legend and the winner Zambella in a listed mares’ chase at Aintree.
The grey mare put in a great effort though and should do well down in trip to set a strong gallop and put this small contest to bed early on.
Newbury tips 1.25: Brave Kingdom 5/2 (1pt)
Brave Kingdom defied a lengthy break to win on reappearance at Plumpton in November, beating General Medrano in good style in a five-runner contest.
Brave Kingdom had some good form prior to that placing behind Lossiemouth at Sandown in December 2021 and really impressed on his chase debut, which suggests there’s a lot more to come from the gelding.
Trainer Paul Nicholls and jockey Harry Cobden have one of the best win-rates at Newbury and this seven-year-old should add to that impressive tally.
Being upped in trip looks like it will suit too given the way he was going strongly last time out and that was potentially just to brush off the cobwebs en route to stepping him up to 3m.
2.35: East India Express 5/2 (1pt)
Really liked the way this horse acted on his hurdle debut at Kempton in November and trainer Nicky Henderson, whose horses have been going well, has found him another great race close to home.
Nico de Boinville and Henderson have the most wins this season at this track along with the most wins in the last five years – with a 23% strike rate for the trainer which bodes well for the four-year-old.
It’s still quite open with the likes of the favourite Gidleigh Park and the 4/1 shot Fire Flyer, and it’s unknown how good any of these are, but the value and the form is likely with this horse.
Kempton tips 7.30: Coachello 9/4 (1pt)
May have the toughest task here raised 4lb from his latest victory carrying top-weight but has looked in incredible form this winter on the all-weather which just adds to his impressive record on the artificial surface.
Having previously gone a very close second to 1/3 favourite Noble Dynasty on his first run on the AW in Britain at Lingfield in November 2022.
He’s won twice this winter now despite carrying 9-9 on each and giving plenty of weight away to his rivals and he doesn’t look like stopping there either.
Latest form lines suggest he should be able to beat Baldomero and Probe with Summerghand, Tiger Crusade and Chipstead the remaining outside chances at each-way prices.
