Liverpool are playing RB Leipzig at Puskas Arena in the second leg of their Champions League Round of 16 tie.
The Reds have looked like a new side with Fabinho back in the center of the park and Thiago Alcantara has been able to player much more freely because of it.
With this added freedom, Liverpool supporters were gifted a world-class ball from Thiago.
The Spanish midfielder took the ball off the bounce and perfectly guided it over and between defenders to find a sprinting Mohamed Salah.
Unfortunately, there was nothing to show for it as Salah was unable to bury the opportunity and Mane saw his rebound header go straight into the ground.
The Champions League is the last opportunity to win a trophy for Jurgen Klopp’s Reds. Liverpool are notably a different team in Europe than they are domestically, and supporters will be hoping that trend continues with the Merseyside club advancing to the quarter finals.
