PAISLEY PARK surged through to stun rivals with an amazing last-gasp ditch for the line and snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.
Emma Lavelle’s superstar looked out of it with a furlong to go of the feature race at Ascot today.
But the 9-4 shot came through dramatically to see off rival Thyme Hill in a pulsating finish.

Winning jockey Aidan Coleman said: “I called it a terrible ride but terrible may be a bit extreme!
“He got into trouble leaving the back – that’s his run style – that was always on the cards.
“I stayed there, thinking it will be OK, but I ended up being squeezed out wide.
“He didn’t like being out there but good horses get you out of trouble.
“He would have been an unlucky loser. I’m really happy.”
Fans at home were equally ecstatic.
