WATCH: Lamar Jackson breaks off 37-yard TD vs. Cowboys
In his first game back from the reserve/COVID-19 list, Lamar Jackson quickly reminded everyone why he’s so dangerous with the football in his hands.
On a fourth-and-2 play from the Cowboys’ 37-yard line, Jackson ran the Ravens’ signature inverted veer play to perfection.
The 2019 MVP ran untouched through the center of the Cowboys defense for an easy touchdown, putting Baltimore ahead just before the end of the first quarter.
Jackson’s rushing numbers aren’t where they were last year, as he entered Week 13 with just 575 rushing yards to his name. In 2019, Jackson set a QB single-season record with over 1,200 yards on the ground.
Still, though, Jackson remains one of the NFL’s most elusive runners. His touchdown run against Dallas proved just that.
