Former biotechnology entrepreneur and Republican Party presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy declared himself the winner of the first debate and used the evening to align his policy with frontrunner Donald Trump.
“My first time on a debate stage, I was prepared for this to be a warm up,” said the 38-year-old candidate.
