Tigrinho was one of the great protagonists of the match against Deportivo Alavés. He scored 1-3 in the 63rd minute and less than ten minutes later he was sent off for a double yellow card.

Bittersweet night for Vitor Roque at FC Barcelona. The Brazilian forward faced matchday 23 of LaLiga EA Sports with the clear intention of continuing to take advantage of the opportunities that Xavi gives him after being the great hero of his team in the recent match against CA Osasuna, a match in which Tigrinho scored the only goal of the party.

Although he was expected to start the match as a starter against Deportivo Alavés, Xavi maintained his position of protecting Vitor and not putting pressure on him, so he started again from the bench.

Barça managed to control the match from very early moments of the match, taking the lead on the scoreboard thanks to a good goal from Robert Lewandowski in the 22nd minute. Already in the second half, the German Gündoğan (49′) made it 0-2 and Deportivo Alavés scored in the 51st minute thanks to Samu Omorodion.

In the 59th minute and with the need to find one more goal to seal the match, Xavi opted to give minutes to Vitor Roque, coming in for Gündoğan. After several minutes of control in the Basque team’s offensive plot, winger Héctor Fort sent an ideal pass to Tigrinho, who did not miss the opportunity to finish at will and send the ball into the nets of the babazorro team’s goalkeeper.

A few minutes later, around the 67th minute, Vitor received the first yellow card and shortly after, in the 72nd minute, he received the second yellow card after stepping on an opponent. Both the footballer and his teammates seemed surprised after the referee’s decision, since there was no intention to step, but rather to control the ball and Vitor assured that he did not touch him. However, the referee considered that it was a dangerous game punishable by a second yellow card.
