Visit Barton’s Beach, A Hidden Beach Preserve That Has Its Very Own Sandbar

When it comes to nature, Alabama doesn’t disappoint! There are many wonderful nature spots here in the Yellowhammer State that attract numerous people each year. While some of them are in plain sight and easy to access, many others are tucked away and hidden from the masses. One of these hidden nature spots is Barton’s Beach Cahaba River Preserve, which is simply known as Barton’s Beach. This beach is just a short hike from Perry Lakes Park.
