A teeny one-bedroom flat has gone on the market in Scotland – but it is not what buyers will be expecting.
Despite being deemed a ‘great refurbishment project’, a completely uninhabitable flat has gone for sale for just £10,000.
While the estate agents have said the deal is too good not to turn down, those wanting to get on the property ladder might argue otherwise.
The one-bedroom home in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, Scotland, will go under the hammer on Friday.
However, pictures of the place might put buyers off completely.
Images show holes in the floorboards and the ceiling completely strewn with debris and waste.

The walls have been stripped back bare, and the bathroom is screaming out for an update.
In full need of refurbishment, the flat’s original layout comprises of an entrance hall, living room, gally kitchen and bedroom.
Hopeful buyers are therefore able to completely strip back the property and turn it into something luxurious.
While being the cheapest property on sale in the town, the ground floor flat is close to the M77 Motorway, so buyers are able to commute in and around Glasgow easily.
Speaking about the property, the selling agent said: “It may not appeal to everyone, however with a price starting at just £10,000 it’s a hard deal for any property developer to turn down.”

And Mandi Cooper, the Managing Director of Auction House Scotland, has echoed this, saying: “With a guide price of £10,000, this property has already been attracting a lot of attention ahead of our September auction.
“Although currently inhabitable, it would make for a great refurbishment project and offers a potential buyer an exciting opportunity to add value.
“Once completed, the flat could be used as a buy-to-let property with a potential annual rental income of £4,189 (at Local Housing Allowance rates).”
