Despite a strong, heavy start from Randy Costa, it’s Adrian Yanez who gets the win at UFC Vegas 32
The UFC Vegas 32 main card started off with a bang in a battle between two high-paced and talented bantamweight prospects — Adrian Yanez and Randy Costa. And in the end, it was Yanez who got his hand raised.
The two had a very friendly “rivalry” going on social media, with each betting a month’s supply of the other’s favorite treat (Dr. Pepper for Yanez and Reese’s cups for Costa).

The two came out swinging from the get-go, with both throwing fire right away, including Costa landing two head kicks on Yanez in the first minute. The two kept up the pace throughout the first, and Costa continued to land the hardest shots, catching Yanez by working his jab and landing combinations.
The two exchanged in close as the second round began, but Costa appeared to slow down, while Yanez increased his pace.
Eventually, Yanez rocked Costa with a couple of body shots, dropping him and scoring a second-round finish.
