DETROIT — Trey McKenney was going to make sure he had the final say on Tuesday night inside Calihan Hall.
When McKenney scored to give the Orchard Lake St. Mary’s basketball team a 24-8 lead over Bloomfield Hills Brother Rice with 5:53 left in the second quarter, it looked as if the Eaglets would cruise to a fourth-straight win over their Catholic League rival this season and head to the state semifinals without issue.
