ntonio Conte’s return to the touchline was marked with one of Tottenham’s lowest points of the season as they were thrashed 4-1 by struggling Leicester.
Rodrigo Bentancur opened the scoring for the visitors but the Foxes helped themselves to three goals before the interval, thanks to calamitous Spurs defending.

Fraser Forster 4
Hard to point the finger of blame directly at him for any of the four goals, although may have got down quicker for the final two.
Japhet Tanganga 4
Often rash and was lucky Leicester had a goal ruled out for a fractional offside after lunging in on Iheanacho.
Eric Dier 3
Caught out of position for Leicester’s second goal and allowed Iheanacho to get off his shot for the crucial third.
Ben Davies 3
Where was he for Leicester’s second and third goals? Played his part in an abject performance from the back three.
Pedro Porro 5
Welcomed to the Premier League by a magnificent Barnes dummy which left him for dead and struggled thereafter. Showed flashes of what he can offer but a difficult debut in all.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg 5
Failed to shield the defence effectively in a sloppy display, full of clumsy fouls.
Rodrigo Bentancur 6
Opened the scoring with a close-range finish and was one of Spurs’ better performers until he suffered a nasty-looking knee injury.
Ivan Perisic 5
Twice went close in first 15 minutes but not clinical enough in the final third, and faded in the second half.
Dejan Kulusevski 4
Way off the pace in an unusually abject display. Lucky to remain on the pitch for so long.
Heung-min Son 5
On a different wavelength to Kane and Kulusevski, and offered next to no threat in the final third.
Harry Kane 5
Never really got going against his favourite opponents, not helped by a distinct lack of poise around him.

Stepped into a difficult situation. Will almost certainly have to start at the San Siro on Tuesday.
Richarlison (Perisic 75’) 5
Won a dangerous free-kick but introduced too late.
Emerson Royal (Porro 75’) 5
Will feel aggrieved not to have started after a fine display against City last weekend.
Davinson Sanchez (Tangaga 75’) 5
Lost his footing to present Leicester with a chance in a shaky cameo.
Arnaut Danjuma (Kulusevski 79’) 5
Had a dangerous effort blocked in a brief cameo.
