Tosh Greenslade: “It’s unlikely you’ll see me on television again.”

Performer Tosh Greenslade has taken up a new career as a copywriter and told his agent he is no longer available for auditions.

The former Mad as Hell star took to social media to thank followers for 11 years of support after recently expressing frustration in opportunities outside of the long-running ABC show now he has a young family to take care of.

Greenslade also says new ideas were rejcted by ABC.

Shaun Micallef recently said of Greenslade’s “Lamentable Puns” character,“That’s such a lovely character from Tosh. I love the way that he every time we start the sketch he’s hopeful that it will be a celebration of his work because his character is so optimistic.

“Of course it’s always going to be bagging him but he just can’t quite understand why we’re doing it to him. It’s a really lovely acting job from Tosh.”
