The group, who are closing in on one billion streams across all platforms, will be returning to the Old Fire Station on September 30.

The band, who have backed the likes of Paul Weller, Robbie Williams, Noel Gallagher, previously played at the venue this time last year.

It has been 22 years since the release of their debut album ‘Onka’s Big Moka’, which sold over two million copies.

The group will be supported by Malcom, a new alternative Manchester outfit, with the event coming on the back of Toploader playing at over 40 festivals.

Early bird tickets for the show have already sold out, with the remaining tickets on sale now.

Each ticket is priced at £22, with the event being advertised for 16s and over.

Tickets are available via the Old Fire Station website.

In an interview with Toploader guitarist Dan Hipgrave last year, he said: “I think the older you get the more confident you get in your own ability. We’ve been doing it for 25 years now and we’re all very aware of what we need to do on stage. We just go out and really enjoy it.

“For us, it’s not work, it’s the best hobby in the world. All we care about is going out just making sure that everyone who’s watching us has the best time,” he said.
