Arsenal suffered a huge blow with key midfielder Thomas Partey out for their clash against Manchester City.
The Ghana international has been a crucial part of the Gunners side that has sat top of the Premier League table for much of the season.

He has featured in all but three of their league games this term, but Mikel Arteta will have to make do without him on Wednesday night.
It’s understood that Partey is out of the City clash due to a muscular injury.
The 29-year-old trained with his teammates on Tuesday, but a fresh setback means he will not be in action at the Emirates Stadium.
It was reported on Wednesday afternoon that Partey was not with the rest of the Arsenal team when they arrived at the team hotel to begin their pre-match preparations.
He was then filmed arriving at the hotel by himself a few hours later and was seen arriving at The Emirates in Arsenal tracksuit, flanked by doctor Gary O’Driscoll.
Partey’s injury is reportedly not serious, but it has been claimed he could also miss Arsenal’s next game against Aston Villa on Saturday.

Partey’s absence could prove to be a big blow for the Gunners, especially when so much is at stake.
Although they have played one game more, City would overtake Arsenal with a win due to their superior goal difference.
Arsenal have experienced mixed results without Partey in the team this season, with those three games he didn’t start ending in a 2-1 win over Fulham, a 2-1 win over Aston Villa and a 3-1 defeat to Manchester United.
