The Mercury’s Sound Off for Thursday, Nov. 30
Good Thursday #GoodThursday
“Bidenomics” was just eliminated from leftist’s daily vernacular. A failed attempt to coin a phrase describing a nonexistent flourishing economy, it quickly served as the tagline to describe the worst president in US history and his moronic economic policies. Hilariously, Democrats still think calling someone a “MAGA Republican” is an insult, when the complete opposite is true. Democrats need a new PR strategy. I hear Bud Light’s marketing VP is still looking for a job.

I see various public schools offering after-school programs and internships to help students develop strong moral character and productive life skills. Mentoring these future contributors to society is admirable. On the other hand, I question what character-building/life skills the members of Saucon Valley’s Satan Club are going to have when they leave school.

Here is a fun fact: The 10 poorest states, by poverty rate, are Mississippi – 18.70%; Louisiana – 17.80%; New Mexico – 16.80%; West Virginia – 15.80%; Arkansas – 15.20%; Alabama – 14.90%; Kentucky – 14.90%; Oklahoma – 14%. Here are the top 10 least educated states: West Virginia: 22.40; Mississippi: 25.64; Louisiana: 27.36; Arkansas: 30.87; Alabama: 34.46; Oklahoma: 35.32; Nevada: 35.70; Kentucky: 35.70. 90% are radical right MAGA states, any questions?
Patriot54 on 11/26/23. The Vegas “Sphere” cost $2.3 Billion. $13.2 Billion doesn’t buy what it did! $5.1 Billion has been appropriated for Pa. The problem, as with all government spending, it’s not paid for! Where’s the plan to pay the bills? Don’t say tax the rich as there’s not enough of them! Federal debt is $33,797,271,372,298. and counting. All of Congress is immoral! (Source usdebtclock.org)
Just the facts!
New Jersey has public service announcements flashing on highway signage saying “If you see something, say something.” The problem is in NJ, like all other liberal enclaves, if anyone sees something suspicious and calls it in, they’re immediately accused of being a racist, bigot, Islamophobe, etc. So don’t waste your time.

Former UN Assistant Secretary-General Michael von der Schulenburg and two colleagues substantiated claims that a framework for peace between Ukraine and Russia, negotiated in Feb./Mar. 2022, was sabotaged by the U.S., the U.K. and Germany. Why? Regime change in Russia was always the objective. Hundreds of thousands of casualties ensued as many took notice of our weaponization of the world’s reserve currency, the dollar.

EMF radiation is a danger that we are all being exposed to every day thanks to modern technology with our cell phones, etc. Remember how we all thought smoking was just fine back in the 40s and 50s? Even the doctors were promoting them. I loved my Lucky Strikes back then. If you think you’re going to get away with EMF without any problems you’re in for a surprise. Good Luck.

Jim Fitch is an ardent supporter of anything veterans-related. I admire that immensely. I also know that Jimmy is a full-throated Trump MAGA. How do veterans put up with the disrespect that Trump has leveled at people who fought for this country? Take your time, we’ll be reading your explanation.
Lefty
The American people should sue the United States government for dereliction of duty and failure to protect its citizens from an invading force. Why are we even paying taxes at this point? Isn’t that tax money used, or at least some of it, used for those purposes?

Joe Biden claimed to be the first in his family to go to college. He wasn’t. Another lie.

In 2019, the PA legislature passed Act 77 (mail-in ballots) – HR, 138–61; Senate 35–14, with more Republicans than Democrats voting in favor. Trump, losing, said it was bad, rife with fraud, etc. The GOP went along, agreed; and sued to end it. (They lost.) Now M. Furlong wants Republicans to mail in, implying (without real proof) Democrats win because of it. Makes my head spin.
There is a magical place in Florida called Mar-A-Lago, where people enter as lawyers and emerge as witnesses and defendants. Amazing.

America’s economy has never been stronger. Our southern border is secure. Hunter is the smartest person I know. My classic Corvette was almost damaged when we had a small kitchen fire at our beach house. I know nothing about my son’s business dealings. Donald Trump and all his supporters are threats to our democracy. That’s all for today. I said what they told me to say. I’m going to bed now.

States that have the most financial stress — Florida ranks sixth followed by Mississippi, Nevada, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Just facts. (Source: USAToday.)

Every person who votes should be required to show proof of citizenship and photo ID as they vote in person. America is voting at 117% up from 75% on a good turnout. Fraud is rampant. it’s not deniable or debatable anymore.
Righty Tighty
I can understand the excitement among some here that Mike Johnson has released all the video footage from January 6. It does seem strange, though, that there are people thinking that January 6 was radical Democrats dressing up like MAGA Republicans to try to overturn an election they had just won. Stranger things have happened, I guess.

The Middle East has never seen peace. It will never see peace, hate is taught from birth to death. Peace in the Middle East will always be a dream until the world ends.
Night Light
Why are radical republican house members refusing to approve the $106B funding supporting Israel, Ukraine and border security? Is it their love for Putin, hate for Israel, and desire to not secure the border? That sounds on point for radical Republicans.
Patriot54
According to a prominent Republican pollster, in 2012 48% of Republicans did not have a college degree. Ten years later in 2022, only 62% of Republican voters had college degrees and only 25% had a bachelor’s degree. These figures show that when asked who votes Republican the answer is the uneducated. This is MAGA.

It’s amusing that the same politicians and bureaucrats who abandoned their ethics, broke all acceptable norms, weaponized the legal process, and corrupted our government agencies in their bid to destroy former President Trump are now voicing their fear that Trump may “go after them” if he is reelected.
