Taunting Eagles fan gets pushed by 265-pound Bills defensive end in fiery confrontation

The emotions from the players involved in the Philadelphia Eagles’ 37-34 overtime win over the Buffalo Bills spilled over into the Lincoln Financial Field stands on Sunday night.
A video shared on social media showed Bills defensive end Shaq Lawson confronting an Eagles fan who was seemingly taunting Lawson and his teammates. The 265-pound Lawson appeared to push the fan wearing a green beanie and black jacket as the fan yelled and pointed. Bills defensive tackle Jordan Phillips and several other teammates joined Lawson in walking from the sideline up to the edge of the stands to address the fan.

Security eventually intervened and the fan continued to shout toward the Buffalo players. Defensive end Leonard Floyd tried to defuse the situation and walked the players back to the sideline.
The Bills did not immediately respond to an email from the Associated Press seeking comment Sunday night.
Perhaps Lawson and his teammates agree with a recent anonymous player poll conducted by The Athletic in which about 25% of the 73-player panel called them the “most annoying” fan base.
“Just loud, rude and obnoxious,” one player told The Athletic. “They just swear they’re the biggest football gurus on earth,” added another.
The Eagles’ fifth win in a row improved their record to a league-leading 10-1, while the Bills’ loss dropped them out of the playoff picture entering their bye.
