Investigators believe Robinson set a fire on July 24 at the Mayfair laundromat on Elm Road NE in the Golden Point Plaza.
The man suspected of setting fire to a laundromat in Howland Township has been arrested.
Thirty-eight-year-old Michael D. Robinson of Warren was booked into the Trumbull County Jail on Sunday on one count of arson filed by the Ohio Fire Marshal.
Investigators believe Robinson set a fire on July 24 at the Mayfair laundromat on Elm Road NE in the Golden Point Plaza. Dispatchers were told that flames were coming through the roof.
Fire investigators posted security images of a person they believed was responsible for the fire and offered a reward of up to $5,000 by the Blue Ribbon Arson Committee to encourage witnesses to come forward.
Robinson was scheduled for a video arraignment in Warren Municipal Court on Monday.
According to jail records, Robinson also is charged with theft in Bazetta Township.
