SUSANNA Reid and Piers Morgan celebrated their fifth Good Morning Britain anniversary this morning – and both claimed they’re a stone heavier.
The popular presenting duo reflected on their successful time together that has seen ratings double.

Piers and Susanna celebrated their 5th GMB anniversary today
Fittingly for a wooden anniversary, Susanna presented Piers with two puppets.
Piers said: “Who would have thought it? It’s been a rocky road, to put it lightly. We’re still here.”
Susanna replied: “Congratulations. You’ve put up with a lot as well.”
Reflecting on how their appearance has changed over the years, Susanna said: “There’s at least a stone difference for both of us.”

Her co-star gave a scathing assessment on the pitfalls of early morning telly, adding: “It basically kills you. It destroys you, inch by inch.”
During their time on-screen together they have reported on huge global events; from the Brexit referendum and Trump’s election, to the London Bridge terror attack.
Over the years, the pair have also interviewed countless celebrity guests, and some of them recorded special anniversary messages.
Speaking outside the Queen Vic, EastEnders stars Danny Dyer and Jake Wood sent their best, with Jake saying: “Congratulations mate, always love you on the show.”
Gary Barlow, Dame Joan Collins, Bond girl Britt Eckland, Vinnie Jones and Trisha Goddard also congratulated them.
