Nigel Harman has to do dance routine to get back to sleep
Strictly star Nigel Harman says he wakes up in the middle of the night and has to do his dance routine to “go back to sleep”.
When asked about the hardest part of competing on the show in an interview with PA, Harman said: “Towards the weekend, I always wake up at about two in the morning, in the middle of the dance routine… always on a Friday night.
“And it’s (as) you know, we all wake up in the morning when we’re in our REM sleeps and… (after those) four hour-ish cycles, and it’s when that happens that I’m deep in the middle of a dance and I can’t get back to sleep for about half an hour.
“So basically, I (have) to lay there dancing through my dance a few times until my body goes, ‘Okay… you still remember it, It’s okay’ and then I go back to sleep.
“So that’s the thing because really all I wanted to do is sleep for all the time when I’m not dancing.”
Harman, who is partnered with Katya Jones on the BBC show, scored 34 points from the judges in last night’s show for a Couple’s Choice dance to Just The Way You Are by Bruno Mars.
Fans spot cheeky book in Bobby Brazier’s home
Bobby Brazier and his dance partner Dianne Buswell last night returned to the dance floor for an eighth time.
But before the duo showed off their moves with their rendition of the American Smooth to 5 Seconds of Summer’s Ghost Of You, Dianne visited Bobby’s family home to have a meal his dad Jeff and his partner Kate Dwyer, as well as his brother Freddie.
During a shot of Bobby and Freddie laughing in slow motion, eagle-eyed viewers of the show spotted a print of a cheeky book in the background which had a swearword on it.
One fan said: “Oops, you missed that bit of artwork on the wall in Bobby’s VT.”

When Alesha Dixon won Strictly
Singer Alesha Dixon and professional dancer Matthew Cutler stormed to victory in 2007’s Strictly Come Dancing with a series of show-stopping routines including a Cha Cha to Crazy in Love.
Following her incredible win, she later returned to the series as a short-lived judge, before joining the team at Britain’s Got Talent.
They beat Matt DiAngelo and his partner Flavia Cacace in the final – though they ended up a couple so I guess everyone was a winner here.
