A wave of thunderstorms moved through the Pittsburgh area on Tuesday morning, causing power outages in many parts of the area.
Certified Most Accurate meteorologist Ashley Dougherty said rain was possible again as we get into Tuesday afternoon with isolated storms that could have some strong wind gusts and heavy downpours.
