With over three decades of industry experience and some highly opinionated commentary, current affairs commentator and talk show presenter Steve Price has become an Australian household name.
Steve is best known for presenting the drive program on Melbourne’s 3AW between 1987 and 2002. Following this, Steve also presented the morning program on Sydney’s 2UE from 2002-2009. Steve has received multiple awards for Program Director of the Year, as well as Australia’s current affairs Commentator & Talk Presenter of the Year on numerous occasions.
In 2021 Steve Price launched his new daily live streamed 7.00am-9.00am show, exclusively on the LiSTNR app. Australia Today with Steve Price will be the country’s first truly digital audio live to air conversation, and alongside accomplished journalist Natarsha Belling, the duo will dive into the stories of the day.
Australia Today with Steve Price is also broadcast live on Triple M AM and FM radio stations in regional NSW from 9:00am to 11:00am.
Steve is also a founding panellist of Ten’s prime-time news show The Project and still, 11 years later, Steve appears as a weekly guest panellist every Monday and Wednesday evening. In addition, Steve also appeared in another of Network Ten’s prime-time shows, I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! According to Steve, surviving on a restricted diet and taking part in emotionally and physically strenuous challenges has left quite an impact. Post-jungle, Steve has a come out with a new-found appreciation for life, entering the competition as a ‘grumpy old bugger’ and leaving a happier, healthier and totally changed man.
