Stella Maxwell flaunted her slim midriff on Wednesday when she hit the gym in Los Angeles wearing a black crop top.

The supermodel, 32 – who recently wore a plunging corset dress to Taylor Swift’s Grammys afterparty – showcased her toned torso as she walked out to her car in the parking lot.

Stella allowed her blonde hair to flow free and covered her gaze with designer tortoise shades.

She paired her black crop top with a matching bomber jacket and Adidas joggers that featured white stripes.

Maxwell kept it simple and chic with minimal jewelry and she accessorized her look with a black belt bag from Prada.

Stella’s incredible runway physique is a mixture of eating clean, minimizing stress and sticking to a focused workout routine.

The stunner described her fitness regime to Harper’s Bazaar, saying that she favors ‘weights and lengthening your muscles so you don’t get stocky.’

‘You want lean muscles,’ said Stella. ‘Outside of that, I like going for a hike or a nice walk because you get fresh air. I like to work out alone so I don’t do classes, I like to do the torture alone.’

Speaking about the mentality that drives her to stay in shape, Maxwell said, ‘I try to think professionally that my body is my job and just get up and do it, you always feel better after it.’

Right before major jobs, the catwalker doubles down on her healthy diet, stays hydrated and prioritizes her sleep.

‘For shows I try to sleep as much as I can – that’s key – and for shoots, I eat clean and drink a lot of water. I also make sure I have downtime, so I’m relaxed and not too stressed.’

But Stella likes to indulge whenever she has down time, revealing her ultimate ‘guilty pleasure’ to The Fashion spot.

‘My guilty pleasure is…a hamburger from Apple Pan in Los Angeles,’ she said.

Finding snacks at Stella’s home is difficult, as the fashion model confessed to never having any food due to her hectic life as a model.

When asked about the contents of her fridge, she replied, ‘Nothing at all. I am always on the road so my fridge is notoriously empty.’

In her interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel said that people underestimate the amount of travel that it takes to be a top model and maintain that career.

‘It’s non-stop and it takes a lot of energy to get on that plane, deal with the jet-lag and still show up and have all the energy required for a shoot. People don’t realize how much goes into that.”

She also opened up about some basic skincare principals that the world’s top makeup artists have taught her over the years.

‘I’ve learnt a lot of things about skincare,’ she said. ‘I used to be terrible and go to bed with my make-up on and that’s just not good for your skin. Washing your face well, making sure you use the right products for your skin type.’

And Stella, who has 8.3 million Instagram followers, is a big fan of social media.

‘People like to see what you’re doing and feel involved,’ she told Harper’s Bazaar. ‘Everyone craves that whole behind-the-scenes side of things.’

Stella went on to add that she thinks ‘it’s important to keep people involved with what you’re doing and to shed a little light on what goes into the end result.

‘There’s pressure, but you have to keep it real. People forget that Instagram is there for fun and I try not to lose sight of that. It’s not as serious as everyone thinks it is.’

The Brussels native spent her teenage years in Australia, where she was discovered while going to college.

Achieving global recognition as one of the world’s top models hasn’t overwhelmed her, as she describes herself as ‘shyer’, but more ‘prepared.’

‘I’m a little shyer than I thought I was,’ she told Harper’s Bazaar. ‘Sometimes, when you roll out of bed you don’t want to be photographed by the paparazzi.

‘Usually you like to know when you’re being photographed, I’ve learnt that, as a public figure, you have to up your game and be prepared.

‘Ideally, you try not to roll out of bed without brushing your hair – just chuck a brush through it, make a little effort.’

And when it comes to keeping her insecurities in check, Stella told The Zoe Report that ‘the trick is being real with yourself. We are all beautiful in our own individual ways. I always remind myself of that.’
