Yet another Arsenal striker is causing chaos among Gunners supporters on Twitter.
The Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang posted the following message earlier on Monday, which appeared to suggest that he was close to signing a new contract – and proved to be the case.
And one of Aubameyang’s young understudies, Folarin Balogun, followed suit shortly afterwards.
The latter tweet was somewhat more cryptic, however, given that its composer continues to be linked with a move away from the Emirates Stadium.
In fact, just minutes before, The Daily Mail reported that Balogun was the subject of a failed £3 million bid from Sheffield United, with Arsenal said to be demanding a deal worth five times that figure.

Balogun recently entered the final year of his Gunners contract and can therefore enter talks with non-English clubs from January, regarding a cut-price move – which could end up being significantly lower than the Blades’ alleged offer – at the end of his existing deal.
And the following Arsenal fans cannot decide if the highly-rated 19-year-old is staying, going or simply teasing them over his teammate, Aubameyang…
