Starling Marte on being back in Mets lineup for Game 1: ‘You kind of have to suck up the pain’ | Mets Pre Game

Prior to Game 1 of their Wild Card series against the Padres, OF Starling Marte talked with reporters about returning to the Mets lineup after he suffered a fractured finger against the Pirates a month ago. Marte, through interpreter Alan Suriel said, “You kind of have to suck up the pain because it’s a significant situation.”
