‘Star Trek’ fans are going to love this one.

It’s been 54 years since the original ‘Star Trek’ debuted on TV. Thus CBS All Access are launching an all-day celebration of the entire franchise.

The special occasion will include panels from cast members across its series and a marathon of specially selected episodes.

Now unfortunately the marathon portion is only available to viewers in the US.

But the eight panels for the different ‘Trek’ series are free to viewers worldwide.

You can watch them at the ‘Star Trek’ website from 8 p.m. (or 12 p.m. PT/3 p.m. ET) on September 8th.

The panels will include:

‘Star Trek’ emojis will debut on Twitter and there’ll be a flash sale of ‘Trek’ merchandise.

The hashtag #StarTrekUnitedGives will be trending during the event.

For every one who tweets it, CBS All Access will donate $1 to organisations that promote social justice and scientific advancements (such as the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, and the Equal Justice Initiative).
