Bayern Munich have submitted a last-minute offer to Genoa for Radu Dragusin, attempting to hijack a deal between Tottenham Hotspur and the Serie A side. The feeling among Bayern officials is that the Romanian centre back could prefer Bayern over Spurs, who earlier confirmed the loan signing of Timo Werner.
