Spain’s 2022 Eurovision entry had viewers hailing it as the “performance of the night”.
Despite placing third, fans of the musical contest flocked to social media to describe the country’s entry, Chanel Terrero, as a “true performer”.
Triple threat Chanel, who can sing, dance and act, originates from Cuba, but represented Spain in the contest yesterday evening.
She put on a steamy show while belting out a rendition of her song SloMo.
The singer was dressed in a black figure-hugging costume with large cutouts, adorned with jewels, teamed with a pair of thigh high stiletto boots.
She looked every inch the pop diva as she performed an energetic dance routine alongside delivering a powerful vocal performance.

She was joined on stage by a group of backup dancers, who executed the choreography perfectly.
Fans raced to Twitter to praise the incredible performance.
One user said: “It was obvious that they would make Ukraine the winner, Spain deserved to win, an incredible performance with a spectacular Chanel !!!! #Eurovision #Chanelazo.”
Another wrote: “Chanel is a PERFORMER. I don’t think there is another #Eurovision artist in the history of the contest that ever delivered such stable vocal performance with such impossible choreo. Spain deserves to be top 5 in this strong final, especially after her jury final performance.”
