Social media explodes after Browns steal Jerry Jeudy from Broncos

Another year, another Andrew Berry trade for a talented wide receiver to make the team better for minimal draft compensation. The Cleveland Browns have been trying to acquire Jerry Jeudy from the Broncos for some time now, and this year it finally gets done for only a fifth and sixth-round pick.

It took two Day3 picks in the 2024 NFL draft to acquire the former 15th overall pick, which is a great bargain. This has become a theme with Berry and his trades to improve the team’s roster.

Berry knew he needed to add more talent to the position and did just that; Jeudy has done a ton of damage from the slot, something the Browns have lacked as of late. Putting him in the slot with Amari Cooper on the outside and David Njoku at tight end sounds like a lot for a defense to handle.
