YouTube star FaZe Jarvis took Tik Tok star, Michael Le out in round 2 with a highlight knockout. It got major attention on social media.
Social media stars in boxing are a growing fad. Logan and Jake Paul are the biggest social media stars to make an impact in boxing, but FaZe Jarvis made a big splash in the ring.
On Saturday, June 12, the Social Gloves amateur boxing event pitted some of the biggest YouTubers against Tik Tok stars. YouTuber Jarvis fought Michael Le, and the fight ended abruptly.
Le came out fast and let his hands go in round 1, but Jarvis stayed calm and showed superior boxing skills. He scored two standing 8-counts and had Le in serious trouble.
Jarvis ended things in round 2 with a destructive right hook that landed cleanly on Le’s chin. That was it, as the fight ended immediately. Le wasn’t out cold, but he didn’t think about getting to his feet. He honestly looked like he didn’t know what hit him.
Jarvis has nearly 5 million YouTube subscribers, so it didn’t take long for his KO of Le to go viral. It went straight to number one on Twitter’s trending list.
Jarvis showed some real power and will likely give boxing another go after his big knockout of Le.
