VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – October 3 is widely known as “Mean Girls Day” and it’s based on a line from the popular movie.
This year one Virginia Beach brewery is celebrating the day with a beer release.
The Mean Girls-themed beer is brought to you by Young Veterans Brewing Company and it will be released on October 3.
“Army Pants & Flip Flops” is an IPA brewed with Mosaic and El Dorado hops and the can is designed with quotes from the movie.
The beer name comes from the quote in the movie saying, “One time I saw Cady Heron wearing army pants and flip flops. So I bought army pants and flip flops.”
