Some rivalries just mean more than what happens on the floor. For Philadelphia 76ers legend Allen Iverson, that was very true for his on-court battles with the late great Kobe Bryant.
Iverson and Bryant had their fair share of battles where both guards would exchange blows and would take games over at the drop of a hat. Iverson mentioned in the past that the two respected each other as killers and they exchanged blows in the 2001 NBA Finals.
On the one-year anniversary of Bryant’s tragic death, Iverson took to Twitter to pay homage to the Los Angeles Lakers legendary guard.
