Shilo Sanders returned an interception for a touchdown to open the score in the Rocky Mountain Showdown between the Colorado State Rams and Colorado Buffaloes. The safety’s pick 6 made up for his brother Shedeur Sanders throwing an INT early on in Saturday’s contest at Folsom Field.

Deion Sanders celebrated his son’s pick 6 on the sideline before hugging him and seemingly sharing some words of advice.

Shilo, 23, usually plays second fiddle to Shedeur, but this time became the hero of the Buffaloes as his younger brother struggled.

Shedeur, 21, also made up for his interception with a TD pass to tie the game at 14-all after Colorado State took the lead with a forced fumble, recovery and return to the house.

The game is currently tied at 14-14 halfway through the second quarter.

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to react to Shilo’s pick 6.

“SHILO supposed to high step all the way to the ZONE!!!!!! Ayyyyeeeeee,” James tweeted.

Coach Prime has turned the Colorado football program into the most popular one in the nation after just a few months in charge.

Like James, Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard was tuned in to the game, but he was right on the sideline.
