Shereé Whitfield, Kenya Moore, and More of the RHOA Cast Reacts to Kandi Burruss’ Spoof Videos

Kandi #Kandi

Kandi Burruss’ infamous spoof videos were a topic of conversation on The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Season 15 premiere, but the reviews weren’t exactly all that positive.

Shereé Whitfield was particularly irritated to discover Kandi had impersonated her as part of the parody series, telling Sanya Richards-Ross and new RHOA friend Courtney Rhodes that Kandi must have “a lot of time on her hands lately” since she’s been “mak[ing] memes” about her.

Elaborating in a confessional interview, Shereé explained, “I’m kind of feeling a certain type of way about Kandi. I thought we were good, but she still continues to talk about me with her spoofs.”

Kandi, more specifically, recreated the moment from the RHOA Season 14 reunion in which Shereé accused Kandi of using her for “clickbait” by constantly talking about her online.

However, the way Kandi saw it, Shereé “wanted to be clickbait, [so] she’s clickbait.”

“I was definitely being a petty Betty when it came to spoofing Shereé, but apparently Shereé never remembers the things that she says about other people,” Kandi added in a confessional. “Girl, I’m gonna do a you on you. I’m gonna act like I don’t remember.”

She went on to discuss the spoofs with Kenya Moore, but she didn’t have much to add other than that she found Kandi’s videos to be “funny.”

Marlo Hampton agreed, calling the parodies “funny as hell” — but not without throwing some shade Kandi’s way. As she told her stylist, “[Kandi should] stick to [spoofs] baby, ’cause Broadway ain’t working out for you and singing ain’t working out for you. Stick to them spoofs.”

It’s actually been a while since Kandi shared one of her infamous spoof videos, but that’s likely due to just how much she has on her plate. On the premiere, she opened up to Kenya about her struggle to balance her various commitments with her husband Todd’s filmmaking aspirations.

“Right now, Todd, he actually has multiple movies that he has written. And he wants me to produce,” Kandi said. “I’m like, I don’t really have time to produce.”

Getting emotional, she continued, “I understand that I’m doing a lot and I understand that it can be frustrating for him, but don’t do things to make me a problem. I’m trying to do so much and I know he wants his dreams to come true as well, but I don’t know how to make it all work.”
