Sheffield Wednesday press conference LIVE: Michael Ihiekwe and Darren Moore preview Charlton Athletic

It is press conference day at Sheffield Wednesday. Darren Moore’s side are putting the finishing touches to their preparations ahead of tomorrow’s tough-looking test at home to Charlton Athletic.

The Owls have made a solid start to the campaign, taking four points from their opening two league fixtures. They also booked their place in the Carabao Cup second round after an impressive win over Sunderland.

Summer signing Michael Ihiekwe is on pre-match media duties. It will be the first time Ihiekwe has spoken to the press corps since his controversial move from Rotherham United.

After Ihiekwe has conducted his virtual press call, Moore is scheduled to speak to the local and national media around 2pm. The Owls boss will be asked to provide a team news update. Wednesday remain in the hunt for more signings
