Sex Lives of College Girls’ Spencer Neville: Inside a Day in My Life

Beauty starts from the inside! Spencer Neville invited Us Weekly to tag along for a typical day in his life — which all begins with checking in on his mental health (and coffee!). “Weekly therapy has been the most transformative thing ever for me,” the Ozark alum, 32, exclusively told Us of making sure his day starts off on the right foot. After he feels good, it’s time to look good with a wardrobe fitting — “Clothes are another thing I love!” — before heading to get a trim. “I don’t cut my hair very often — but when I do, my girl Aika hooks it up,” the Tennessee native said of his favorite barber. While his days may be busy, working out is always on the to-do list for the Days of Our Lives alum — wherever he can find some time to fit it in, that is. “Exercise is a must for me to stay happy and healthy,” he explained, noting that the “assault bike” at the gym “will wreck you.” Being his best self is something critical for a rising star like Neville, whose film Devotion is currently in theaters. The actor is also starring on the new season of The Sex Life of College Girls, which premiered on HBO Max on November 17. “I’m the new frat guy that comes in and shakes things up a bit,” he told E! News earlier this month. “As we know, where it left off, the girls were in a little trouble, and they got our Theta in a little bit of trouble. So I’m comin’ in a little hot.” While his character may be all about house parties and beer pong, that wasn’t the case with Neville. However, the Obituary of Tunde Johnson star did use his college experience to prepare for his role on the streaming hit. “I was not in a frat,” he shared. “But, I hung out with them — you know, you go to the bars, you go to the frats. There was this one bar, and it was a frat bar. I forget the name of it, but it was the coolest place of all the bars because they would give you this 48-ounce styrofoam cup and half of it is liquor. It’s like $10 for 48 ounces. That was where I studied what it meant to be in a frat. How to behave, how to hold yourself, how to talk to women.” By the end of the day, it’s all about some R&R with his BFF at Griffith Park for the Los Angeles resident. “It’s my favorite way to get outside and unwind/disconnect from a long day,” he told Us about his daily walks with his dog, Ruki.
