The bright lights of Las Vegas have seen the F1 superstars put into situations they just aren’t prepared for.
As the sports popularity increases, the drivers are being called on to do interviews, and social media that puts them into awkward positions.
This season, they have been in casinos, in the desert, and in many other places to ramp up the excitement.
Even before the race, it was continuing as the drivers were called to the grid for the pre-race parade by legendary boxing announcer Michael Buffer.
Mexican driver Perez was one of those beckoned by Buffer, who gave it his usual vim and vigour.
And he potentially got in a bit too close too.
After though, Perez was left standing. Just standing.
He looked towards the cars. Then to Buffer. And then to the camera.

He muttered, with a little panic: “Where am I supposed to go?
Luckily, someone was on hand to help and lead him to where he needed to be.
