BTS fans are trying to uncover the meaning of Seokjin’s secret message in the “Butter” music video.

Kim Seok-jin, who goes by stage name ‘Jin’, is one of the core members of BTS.
In the “Butter” music video, Jin takes a lead role. In the line-up scene, Jin is standing front and centre, holding up a placard with the numbers “655212.”
BTS fans are now searching for meaning behind these numbers, not just Jin’s, but the rest of the band too. They are thought to represent pager codes, as the band previously discussed pager codes in Run BTS episode 136.

One Seokjin fan reposted a translation, asking “is this what is means, 655212?”
The original translation was made by a Twitter account, with a focus on translating Japanese and Korean languages to English.
They claimed that 65 represents “miss/want to see,” 52 means “our” and 12 is “army.” This, then, makes then sentence: “Miss our army.”
One fan responded: “Aaaah… So that’s the meaning of the numbers. I know that those numbers have relation to pager. It’s so beautiful msg for #ARMY”
BTS fans are searching to uncover the meaning of the band’s pager codes.
Hoseok’s number is 660660. One fan theorised that Hoseok’s number is a code that “looks like bbobbo” which means “kiss/smooch” on the pager.
The exact meaning of each pager number is not known, with fans coming up with many interpretations of the seven numbers.
