CLEVELAND, Ohio — Evan Mobley’s sensational night continued Thursday with a 15-point third quarter against the Nuggets that included a putback dunk over Michael Porter Jr.

Mobley took a pass underneath the basket from Jarrett Allen, took a bump from Nikola Jokic on his initial shot, but gathered the rebound and dunked it home over Porter with two hands.

Mobley, who finished the third with 31 points on 12 for 17 shooting from the floor, is just seven points shy of his career high 38 that he posted Jan. 21 against Milwaukee.

Mobley’s career high of 19 made field goals was also within reach as the fourth quarter got underway.
