Seahawks safeties Jamal Adams and Quandre Diggs were each fine $10,927 for unsportsmanlike conduct for their engagement with Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson last week. Ferguson was fined $5,812.
None of the three players drew a penalty flag during the game.
After a catch and run for a first down in the third quarter, Ferguson was tackled by Diggs. Diggs stood over Ferguson and talked down to him after the hit. Ferguson raised his arm to signal the first down he just got and Diggs responded with a shove. After Ferguson walked away, Adams walked over to Ferguson and the two clashed helmets while they were jawing back and forth. Adam then slapped Ferguson’s facemask.
